Intooligence may use Data About Intooligence Customers to:

  • Intooligence uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective Customers and to collect payment for the Services.

Intooligence Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for storage and processing purposes ("Customer Data"). Intooligence will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Intooligence Terms of Use, or as required by law. In accordance with the Intooligence Terms of Use, Intooligence may access the Customer Data to provide the Intooligence services to the customer or to prevent or address service or technical problems, or at the customer's request in connection with customer support matters.

Intooligence will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Intooligence utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect Customer Data using both server authentication and data encryption. Intooligence uses these technologies to help ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to the Customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the Customer has granted access.

Cross-border data transfers

Information that Intooligence collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which Intooligence operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
